The lead boot flashing at the plumbing vents is to be foled in to prevent leaking. Check all vents flashing not long enough causing bad fold. 2. The joiner seam at the electrical mast boot flashing is to have sealant applied. 3. The off ridge vents are to be fastened at the bottom flange starting 1 1/2" from the edge and 8" o.c. after that. | |||
