Proposed final lot grades are all at 7 feet or above with the lowest elevation at the rear left corner of the lot near the drainage easement being 7.00 feet. Based on these elevations and the finished elevations at the pool area, none of the pool structure and pool equipment areas will be in the floodplain. Based on this, the previous Building Review Hold has been removed.

Structural systems supporting proposed pool to be designed, connected and anchored to resist flotation, collapse or permanent lateral movement due to structural loads and stresses from flooding equal to the design flood elevation. Provide engineering statement on engineered pool plans confirming design conforms to this section. For previously approved Pool Master Plans, provide engineer's statement signed and sealed by the engineer on separate letterhead referencing this site address and permit number. R322.1.2. 3. Pool equipment located in floodplain is permitted to be installed below the design flood elevation provided it is elevated to the extent practical and is anchored to prevent flotation and resist flood forces and is supplied by electrical branch circuits that have ground-fault circuit interrupter protection. Electrical wiring systems are permitted below the design flood elevation provided they conform to the provisions of the Electrical Code for wet locations. Add notes to pool plans indicating a.) pool equipment will be installed at the highest elevation possible; b.) that all pool equipment will be anchored in a manner to prevent flotation and to resist flood forces; c.) that pool electrical equipment will be provided with branch circuits that are ground-fault circuit interrupter protected and d.) that all electrical equipment to be installed as required for wet locations per the 2017 NEC. R322.1.6 Exception.
