All of the double hung windows have anchors installed at 20"+ OC where the requirements state 16" OC Max.. 6/21/2023 - PREVIOUS INSPECTION NOTES 6/21/23: Please submit revision to the City to add SGD FPA number to the Product Approval sheet. 1). Please make sure the FPA sticker is on the door for re-inspection. I could not find the correct sticker anywhere on the door. The labels affixed to the door do not list the FPA number as required. 2). Living room sliding window is missing an anchor on the right side as required. 3). All of the double hung windows are missing anchors as required by the Manufacturer. (highlighted on Installation Instructions). | |||
