Currently it does not match. Demoonstrate how the pool will be enclosed by the fence on site plan Fence or screen for pool: Permit for fence must be completed by the home owner. Pool must be fully enclosed by fence (height/material/color as allowed by City Land Development Code) or screen enclosure. A baby fence does not meet the Land Development Code requirements. Please demonstrate the proposed fence meets Land Development Code requirements as per Chapter 4 of the Land Development Code. IF THERE IS TO BE A "FENCE BY OTHERS" THERE MUST BE A FENCE PERMIT (ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY OWNER OF PROPERTY AS TO FENCE REQUIREMENTS) ON RECORD PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A POOL PERMIT.
