From the rear right water will flow down the drainage conveyance 10 inside the property line along the back toward Burroughs. See Elevation shots 27.20 to 26.80. That same Drainage conveyance on the left rear corner will continue down the left side property line to the front right iproperty line nto the swale on Buttonworth. See elevations 26.80 at the left rear to 26.40 on the left front near buttonworth swale. Therefore the drainage conveyance as proposed is correct and will work.
