If by fence please have the owner fill out a pool acknowlegment. A fence permit needs to be on file. If there is an enclosure please indicate enclsoure by others if so, then the pool permit will remain on hole untill enclosure is approved. Pool must be fully enclosed by fence (height/material/color as allowed by City Land Development Code) or screen enclosure. A baby fence does not meet the Land Development Code requirements. Please demonstrate the proposed fence meets Land Development Code requirements as per Chapter 4 of the Land Development Code. IF THERE IS TO BE A "FENCE BY OTHERS" THERE MUST BE A FENCE PERMIT (ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY OWNER OF PROPERTY AS TO FENCE REQUIREMENTS) ON RECORD PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A POOL PERMIT.
