It is 52,500 sq. ft per Table 506.2 for Type IIB construction. Explain how you arrived at 138,000 sq. ft.? Explain how the S1 occupancy areas in this building total 138,000 sq. ft.? Is this a mistake? See No. 4 below. 3. Identify total areas of incidental occupancies per Section 509 and indicate area percentage per Section 509.3. NEC 2017 110.26 ( C ) (3) 3. Main Panel MSA says it is located in Waiting C 100. You will need to show that on the plans and mark out its working space on the plans and have labels where no one can sit or have anything in front of it. NEC 2017 110.26 E 4. MSA Panel is shown in room A101 but panel schedule says a different room. They need to match. 5. Need to have the working space marked out in front of MSA switchgear. NEC 2017 110.26 ( C ) (2) 6. All enclosure types shall be labeled according to. NEC 2017 110.28 and table 110.28 Where equipment operating at 1000 volts, nominal, or less to ground and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized is required by installation instructions or function to be located in a space with limited access, all of the following shall apply: NEC 2017 110.26 (A) (4) 7. On page E300 its shows electric rooms with working space marked out in front of them. You need to have the dimension’s on those markings. 8. Note says to go by Florida Energy code 6th edition. Need to update the code. Page 311 9. Need to show size and type of the transformers in the electrical rooms. 10. Please confirm Linear Accelerator is plug and cord connected and a disconnect is not needed in the room. 11. Switch for the lighting in the elevator pit must be readily accessible by pit door. FBC 2020 901.8. Show dimension on plans proving that it can all go in one room. 7. We beleive it illadvised that you put the fire sprinker system and the electrical equipment in the same room and you should consult with a fire protection engineer on the placement. 8..
