Personnel as authorized by chapter 633 Florida Statutes, may design a fire sprinkler system of 49 or fewer heads.. 2. Please upload manufacture docs and device specs with listings for review. 3. The plans are not clear as to the dimensions and clearances at the stairs, landings, and doorways. Please be sure there is no encroachment by any components of the sprinkler riser, valves, assembly, supply/fdc etc. into the required minimum dimensions of the floor level/landings at stairs and required door landing/door swing. 4. Per the attached e-mail, there will be a separate permit for the FDC and Standpipe for the courtyard standpipe as discussed with CBO Buckley. Please remove the standpipe and FDC form the courtyard as this will be a separate permit. Also, the FDC would need to be moved of the building per the AHJ and the interior courtyard FDC would need to be changed to a sandpipe connection as the is not and FDC connection 5. On Sheet 9 of 37 the fire calculation plate shows three standpipes, there are four standpipes please correct the calculation plate for review. FBC 107.3 6. Please upload all pertinent information on the fire pump as per NFPA 20 7. Please upload the material specs for the fire pump and jocky pump. FBC 107.3 8. Please reconcile the notes, schematics, and Sprinkler riser diagram on sheet 3 of 37 (Notes and schematics do not match). FBC 107.3. 9. Note 10, 15, and 15 E. on sheet 3 of 37 calls for year versions of 2007 (The correct year should be 2016). 10.
