Revise Permit Application to reflect Sunroom category I, II, III, IV or V. Remove the term "Florida Room". If sunroom is Category IV or V additonal inforamtion is required for insulation, energy efficiency, etc. See comments below for additional information. 3. Provide City of Palm Coast Sunroom affidavit signed by owner and notarized. 4. All plan sheets must have verifiable digital signature. 5. On Plan Sheet S1.0 iin the Detail 1.0 area, identify the two existing rooms. One is on the left side of the etail adjacent to the existing load bearing walls that are to remain and the other room is with the two skylights to be removed. We need to know what these existing rooms are (e.g. bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc.). 6. Related to the previous comment above, on Plan Sheet S1.1, Detail 1.1, by framing a new load bearing wall in a new location it appears the existing door into the room to the eleft will now have a door that opens to a sunroom. If sunroom is unconditioned, then this door will need to be an exterior, insulated and weather stripped door. 7. Related to the previous two comments above, identify the two rooms adjacent to the new framed wall. We need to know what these rooms willl be used for as part of these alterations. 8. Provide additional details for new framed load bearingwall on Plan Sheet SD.1. Wall separates conditioned living space from sunroom. If sunroom is conditioned, wall does not have to be insulated. If sunroom is not conditioned wall does have to be insulated. Provide complete wall section including wall coverings, stud spacing, insulation (if necessary), etc.
