Provide revised code summary to reflect correct occupancy classification of building. Building is an S-1 - moderate hazard storage building, not a Group U - miscellaneous building. Revise remaining summary categories as necessary. FBCB Section 311.2. 2. Provide accessible bathroom complying with the 2020 Florida Building Code-Accessibility or provide code section that justifies this bathroom not being accessible. FBC-Accessibility Chapter 6. 3. Related to Item No. 2 above, please verify plans comply with other applicable sections of the Florida Building Code-Accessibility, including but not necessarily limited to; accessible entry / exit door and threshold, accessible door hardware, accessible route from accessible parking to accessible entry; accessible route interior to the building; maneuverability spaces at both sides of doors based on direction of approach; accessible landings on exterior of accessible entrance, etc. 4. On note C (1) under electrical specifications (sheet CE600) please include the code year (2017) for the NEC 3. On note C (2) under electrical specifications (sheet CE600) please change the code for safety to life to the FFPC 7 edition (2020) (This code encompasses both NFPA1, and NFPA 101) (This is the prevailing code for Life safety). 4. On note C (3) under electrical specifications (sheet CE600) please include the code year (2016) for the alarm system. 5. On note L. under chapter 61G15 requirements section, please change FPC to FFPC 6. Please provide a full set of plan submittals for fire sprinkler design by the registered design professional (RDP) including riser diagram, head types, head locations, pipe type, pipe sizes, details for hangers, insulation details for any components needing freeze protection, notification bell alarm location on exterior of building, and any other pertinent information needed, or provide a note indicating deferred submittals to the fire contractor for fire sprinkler permit. 11. Please provide location for the knox box for rapid entry access of fire department and if canopies will be installed please place a note on the cover sheet indicating canopies and or awnings will have a minimum clearance of 13ft. 6in along the access pathway per NFPA 1, 18.2.2.2, FFPC 1 - 18.2.3.4.1.2 and AHJ. 12.
