Electrical wiring systems are permitted below the design flood elevation provided they conform to the provisions of the Electrical Code for wet locations. Add note to plans indicating a.) pool equipment will be installed at the highest elevation possible; b.) that all pool equiment will be anchored in a manner to prevent flotation and to resist flood forces; c.) that pool electrical equipment will be provided with branch circuites that are ground-fault circuit interrupter protected and d.) that all electrical equipment to be installed as required for wet locations per the 2017 NEC. R322.1.6 Exception.

On Site Plan show finished elevation of pool deck. R322.1, R322.2.1. 2. Engineer to provide statement on engineered pool plans or by separate signed and sealed letter indiacting structural sytem of pool was designed, connected and anchored to resist flotation, collapse or permanent lateral movement due to structural loads and stresses from flooding equal to teh design flood elevation. R322.1.2, R322.1.3. As an alternative the engineer may reference the applicable sections of ASCE-24. 3. On Site Plan and Pool Plans show elevation of pool equipment. Elevation of pool equipment shall be elevated to the extent practical even if it means constructing and elevated platform to support equipment. This means equipment should be at the same elevation as the top / finished floor of pool deck unless a lower elevation is required for the equipment to operated for its intended purpose. Provide anchoring plan for all equipment to prevent floattion and to resist flood forces. If an elevated platform is necessary, provide constructon details in accordance with provisions of this section by a Florida licensed professional engineer. See electrical plan review notes.
