R322.1.2, R322.1.3. As an alternative the engineer may reference the applicable sections of ASCE-24. 3. On Site Plan and Pool Plans show elevation of pool equipment. Elevation of pool equipment shall be elevated to the extent practical even if it means constructing and elevated platform to support equipment. This means equipment should be at the same elevation as the top / finished floor of pool deck unless a lower elevation is required for the equipment to operated for its intended purpose. Provide anchoring plan for all equipment to prevent floattion and to resist flood forces. If an elevated platform is necessary, provide constructon details in accordance with provisions of this section by a Florida licensed professional engineer. See electrical plan review notes. |
