Please revise the note from the plan that states that the deadman nearest the property lines may be removed. Only in the case where a return is proposed may this occur. 3. Please clarify what is being proposed on the south side where the new seawall meets the adjacent owner's seawall. The site plan states that only one return is proposed and the plan only shows one at the north end of the proposed seawall. If no return is proposed on the south side, the deadman needs to be located as close to the property line as possible... preferably 1' - 2'.
