2. Missing 2x4 SYP blocking w/2 inch diameter ventilation sawhole per Sheet S1.0 Eave/Soffit Detail 1
3. 2x8 valley plate missing 3 inch Simpson strong drive SS SDWS stating at 16 inches OC per note 2 under key notes on sheet S1.0
4. 2x8 ledger plate missing 2- half inch x 5 inch galv. Lag bolts starting at 4 inches of each end and at 32 OC max per note 3 under key notes on sheet S1.0
5. Missing new 2x8 SYP PT Cont. Fastened to top of CMU wall w/1 half inch x 6 inch anchor bolt w/washer starting 4 inches of each end and 32 OC max
6. Rafters cannot be notched more than one fourth the rafter depth R802.7.1 Sawn lumber. Cuts, notches and holes in solid lumber joists, rafters, blocking and beams cannot be cut or notched more than one fourth the depth of the board and must bear on the heal portion of the cut per FBC-R 802.7.1 and figure 802.7.1.1 and 802.7.1.2
