There is probably a problem with the benchmark elevation. The adjacent lot 295 reported the benchmark elevation at 34.05 in 1988 Datum. Additionally, the city survey crew reported the benchmark elevation as 33.79 in 1988. Although I understand the elevations will differ slightly, your survey indicates that the benchmark elevation in 1929 is 32.02 (30.99 in 1988). Could you please check your survey.
