Plumbing located in Pool Equipment Room subject to additional review at time of permit application for pool. No revisions requested at this time. . Plan Sheet P403. 1. Where is the water piping isometric plan? You provided sanitary waste isometric but not water. 2. Identify location of service sink. . 3. At Pool House Sanitary Waste Isometric Diagram, provide clean-out (2 way) at building drain just outside foundation. 4. At Pool House Sanitary Waste Isometric Diagram, Identify pipe size of building drain between lowest three lateral connections. 5. Identify pipe size of building sewer. 6. Provide water distribution system piping materials specifications. 7. Provide drain, waste and venting system piping materials specifications. 8. On assumption building drain and building sewer will be 4-inch diameter, provide venting through roof equal in cross sectional area to building drain. 9. Revise Construction Note10 to include type of back flow prevention at hose-bibbs. 10. Revise Construction Note 19 to reference back-flow preventer type at dog spa water line outlets Include design standards for each back-flow preventer device. 11. At Pool House Sanitary Waste Plan, it appears separate plumbing waste line is provided for pool equipment. Provide note indicating where this line is intended to terminate. |
