Recently we have received several Final Surveys with significant and unapproved departures from the original site plan. We understand that sometimes site conditions and circumstances arise during construction which require alterations to the original plan. In such cases, the contractor is required to submit a revised site plan for review and approval PRIOR to the execution of work. Alterations to grading and drainage shall not be made without prior approval from the Stormwater Division.
