UPDATE 6/13/24 - ORIGINAL AGREEMENT RECEIVED 2. I have emailed you the City of Palm Coast design standards for corner docks. What you have submitted does not meet the current Land Development Code. The maximum length allowed for a dock is 65% of the frontage, which is 37'. In order to not be in the 45 degree angle at the corner, your dock must be set back from the corner as far as the projection - for example, if you are building the left side of the dock at a dimension of 8', you will need to be 8' from the corner in order to meet the 45' angle requirement. Also, there is a 15' storm drainage easement on the right side and as you will see from the City's design standards, you can encroach up to 7.5' in that easement. Please also note that you must demonstrate that the proposed re-framing does not exceed 20' out and 20' over from both seawalls. (the one you are building on and the one with the shared corner - you will also see this demonstrated in the design standards I have emailed. I have also emailed you the previously approved dock layout. 3. Please re-submit the site plan. You are showing the dock in the wrong spot. The dock needs to be shown in the waterbody, not on land. You will also need to change the dimensions to meet all of the items described in #2 above so that the site plan mirrors the engineered drawings.
