Note: ** 06/03/25 As directed, I went to speak to the resident at 9 Pineland Ln regarding her concerns that the new construction site at 7 Pineland Ln has caused, the culvert pipe to clog, I knocked on the door and rang the doorbell with no answer. There is nothing to substantiate that the material at the mitered end of the culvert pipe of 9 Pineland Ln is a direct result from the construction of 7 Pineland Ln. The material appears to be landscaping mulch and accumulated grass clipping , there is no buildup of sediment or dead areas of sod found within the roadside swale between both properties, that would indicate sediment had eroded into the culvert. I have attached photos from my inspection. The homeowner at 9 Pineland Lane reports that silt from the nearby construction site is clogging her pipes. Please check if the swale is open and leave your business card at her door.
