(Please confirm) The site plan does not show the set back from the CLOSEST point of the sign to the property line on Sernoa Road. This needs to be provided. The MPD agreement Section 6 (5) states that Neighborhood and Amenity Monument signs have the following requirements: - 10’ Maximum height - 10’ Maximum width. Sign appears to meet the height maximum. However, it appears to exceed the maximum width. (Shows 16' 4") This permit is attached to the wrong address. Prior to resubmitting, you will need to confirm the correct address and upload a new application with the correct address.
