What you have submitted on your site plan doesn't come close to that. Please provide accurate existing and proposed dimensions and setbacks. 2. The engineered drawings appear to show the proposed boat lift holding the boat so it is perpendicular to the rear property line and vessels must be moored parallel to the rear property line. 3. This property is deeded in a Trust. Please provide the correct License Agreement for property deeded in a Trust for review. |
