The second path of egress from the pool deck appears to bypass the lanai and amenity building altogether but also needs to be shown to the public way (parking lot in this case) as part of the amenity building plans. Details means the pool bather load and pool deck occupant loads, required egress width in inches (gates and sidewalks), width and direction of swing of gates, type of egress operating hardware on gates, etc. We also need to know if the path of egress for the pool bathers, pool deck and / or lanai area is intended to pass through the breezeway through the front entry. At a minimum two exits from the lanai area are required based on the occupant load of the lanai, so the assumption is that one path of egress is through the amenity building breezeway. We need to know the required egress width. Show required egress width accounting for all occupants mentioned here. Also provide accessibility details such as running and cross slopes along the accessible exterior and interior routes; Maneuverability clearances on the push and pull sides of gates and doors. Width of accessible sidewalks, etc to provide a complete egress design to the public way for the amenity building, pool and pool deck.
