The application appears to be for a monument sign and the "wall" appears to be part of the sign structure. Please clarify why two permits have been applied for, for this sign. 2. Site plan shows two signs. Please confirm this to be the sign on the north side of Old Plank Road at U.S. 1. 3. The sign tract/easement has not yet been established on the plat for Sawmill Branch Phase 7a. Sign must located on a tract or easement established for that purpose with access to a right of way. 4. The sign on the south side of Old Plank Road needs to show the setback from the closest point of the sign to the right of way. 5. This permit may be attached to an incorrect address. Before resubmitting, you will have to confirm the correct address and may have to include a revised permit application with the resubmittal. 6. Sign height and area appear to be OK.
