Why are there two permits? The application appears to be for a monument sign and the "wall" appears to be part of the sign structure. Please clarify why two permits have been applied for, for this sign. (One of the attached applications (309) has the word "wall" after "sign" on it.) 2. The site plan appears to be for a monument sign to be located at the northeast corner of Sawmill Branch Boulevard and Greenwood Drive, which is on the Sawmill Branch Phase 7b plat, which has not yet been submitted. Signage tracts/easements have not yet been identified/approved. 3. This permit appears to be attached to an incorrect address. Before resubmitting, you will have to confirm the correct address and include a revised permit application with the resubmittal. 4. Sign height and area appear to be OK. | |||
