This appears to be for the same sign and the wall appears to be part of the monument sign. Comments repeated from 2024070329: 1. Application says: "....southeast entry - right sign". Is this meant to be an entrance monument sign on the north side of Sawmill Branch Boulevard at US-1? 2. This appears to be on, what will be, the Sawmill Branch Phase 7b plat which has not yet been submitted. Signage tracts/easements have not yet been identified/confirmed. 3. This permit appears to be attached to an incorrect address. Before resubmitting, you will have to confirm the correct address and include a revised permit application with the correct address with the resubmittal. 4. Need to show setback from the closest portion of the northern sign to the property line. 5. The sign height and area appear to be OK. | |||
