As per LDC Chapter 4: 4.Floating docks. a.Floating docks shall not exceed a length of 20 feet as measured parallel to the canal frontage. The site plan still shows a 10'x25' floating dock. 2. The Engineered Drawings must accurately show ALL dimensions of proposed structures. The length of the longest one STILL is missing. 3. The way the new engineered drawing has been done is very unclear. It states 12'x25' boat slip - BUT it is not drawn as a boat slip. Also, the way it is drawn does not match the location and dimensions of what is drawn on the site plan. If there is space between the large dock and what you are calling the boat slip, that must be shown on the engineered drawing and it must be correctly shown where it is located in relation to the largest dock - to match the site plan. 3. Once all dimensions are corrected and what is being constructed is clarified on the engineered drawings, these must be mirrored exactly on site plan and overall dimensions and setbacks must total the overall frontage. 4. This property is deeded in a Trust. Please use the correct License Agreement for properties deeded in Trust and resubmit an electronic copy for staff review.

Change orientation of boat slip and 12 ft X 50 ft dock to match. Plan view from back yard looking into canal means the boat slip is on the right side of the 12 ft X 50 ft. dock. As shown the boat slip continues from the left side of dock. Reconcile plans to match Site Plan 3. Plans indicate dimension of boat slip but shows additional framing beyond the left end. That framing is not accounted for in the overall dimension of the boat slip or the 12 ft X 50 ft dock. Reconcile so all dimensions agree with Site Plan. 4. Boat slip indicates closed constructoin (stringers on all four sides). How is a boat to enter the boat slip?
