PEMB building plans need to be from 2023 FBC code cycle. Remove refernce to 2018 IBC 2. Provide verifiable digital seal on each plan sheet. F.A.C.61G15-23.004 3. Provide project street address on each plan sheet. F.A.C. 61G15-30.003(1), 61G15-23.001(4)(b)2.c. 4. Provide reference to steel construction applicable design standard used for building design as referenced in FBCB Chapter 22 and 35 5. Provide correct reference to Risk Category. Occupancy Category II is not appropriate. FBCB Section 1604.5, Table 1604.5 6. Provide complete wind design information. FBCB Section 1603.1.4 No’s 1 through 6. Design wind pressures and their applicable zones with dimensions for exterior component and cladding per Item No 6 appear to be missing. 7. Fire partition is not a Firewall. Revise plans removing reference to partition 8. It appears that the building does not meet the openining restriction requirements in 705.8.1/Table 705.8. Based on the separation distance shown on the site plan between Building 10 and this building of of 24 feet, unprotected openings in a non-sprinklered building may not exceed 45% of the area of the wall. Openings are well in excess of this percentage. Revise plans to indicate the building is to be provided with an NFPA 13 fire sprinkler system to achieve the unlimited opening area needed for this building. | |||
