Please clarify. 2. Please depict or call out the existing adjacent seawalls. Do any of them have existing returns? 3. The overall length called out on the plans is for a 75' long seawall while the actual property width is 80' leaving a 5' shortage (2.5' at each end?). How will the gap between the proposed and adjacent existing seawalls be addressed. Should the proposed seawall be extended? 4. The proposed seawall cap elevation needs to match the adjecent existing seawall caps. Please add callout to the plans. 5. I suspect that this seawall construction shall occur at the same time as the lot development since significant fill is needed along the rear to cover the dead man. However, we have not seen the building residential permit come in yet. Please provide input.
