Revise engineered drawings to accurately show the existing dock and proposed slip which incorporates the 6' wide dock that the owner's constructed last year with all accurate dimensions and setbacks. 2. Once the engineered drawings are corrected, please revise the site plan to match. What you submitted as the site plan does not at all match what the engineered drawings you submitted show. These must mirror each other and show all dimensions - to the OUTSIDE EDGE - again, to be the same as the engineered plans. If you are installing a slip with catwalk, that must be drawn on the site plan the same way it is drawn on the engineered plans. 3. After all drawings are corrected and match exactly, please be sure the dimensions and setbacks on the site plan total 150'. |
