BOTH OF THESE COPC REQUIREMENTS ARE IN THE THE TECHNICAL MANUAL AND EVEN THOUGH THIS HAS SLIPPED THRU UP UNTIL NOW, MOVING FORWARD YOU WILL BE HELD TO THE AFOREMENTIONED COPC STANDARDS ALREADY IN PLACE.
