Engineered drawings for dock must have all dimensions, to include projection into the waterbody. 3. Site plan must accurately depict the proposed dock - to include the boat slip with it's dimensions (including the catwalk). Also note that your engineered drawings show that the length of the dock is 35'11" so you will need to use that length on the site plan and be sure all setbacks total 100'. 4. A fully completed, signed, witnessed and notarized License Agreement for Saltwater Access is required. The Agreement must be signed by all persons on deed to the property and all owners signatures must be witnessed and notarized. Once this document is completed, please submit electronic copy for staff review and once it has been deemed correct, we will require the original document. |
