If P.E. determines Site Plan is within his / her ability to provide a Final Lot Grading & Drainage Certificate for this lot that includes a Certification Statement in accordance with Florida Administrative Code 61G15-18.011certify at completion of the final grading and installation of landscaping, then the P.E. writes a letter to the Palm Coast Building Department to Patrick Buckley's attention confirming he will be able to provide said Final Lot Grading & Drainage Certificate and Certification statement. If the P.E. is unable to provide this confirmation letter, than the P.E. shall provide a revised Site Plan / Survey that includes design of lot drainage and grading adjustments, improvements, conveyances necessary for the P.E. to provide a Final Lot Grading & Drainage Certificate and Certification Statement as noted above.
