Provide seawall grading plan prepared by a Florida licensed professional engineer. Grading plan provide sufficient design information including finished grade elevations, directional indicators of storm water flows that indicate storm water is directed into the canal without topping of circumventing seawall returns. Length and elevation of seawall returns must be shown including any stepping necessary to ensure storm water is maintained on the lot until it reaches the canal. Grading plan to show required swale and swale slopes for swale adjacent to the seawall. COPCTM Section1100.10, Section A. and B. (PROVIDE GRADING PLAN OF THE REAR YARD. PROVIDE REQUIRED ELEVATION OF SEAWALL RETURN CAPS AND LENGTH OF RETURNS SUFFICIENT TO MAINTAIN DRAINAGE ON THIS LOT. RETURNS MUST BE AT LEAST 10 FEET LONG, MINIMUM, AND LONGER AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO FACILITATE DRAINAGE BEING MAINTAINED ON THIS LOT. RETURNS MAY NEED TO BE STEPPED IN ELEVATION TO MAINTAIN DRAINAGE ON THIS LOT. SWALES MAY BE INCORPORATED IN CONJUNCTION WITH SEAWALL RETURNS TO FACILITATE DRAINAGE REMAINING ON THIS LOT. PROVIDE SUFFICIENT SURVEY DATA TO SHOW DRAINAGE REMAINS ON THE LOT WITH NO IMPACT TO ADJACENT LOTS.
