Provide dimensions of landings on both sides of gate. Show required wheelchair maneuverability clearances on push and pull side of gate. Show running and cross slopes 5. Revise pool deck load to show compliance with FBC using 15 square feet of deck area per occupant. 6. Unable to locate where 6 inch mainteance drain continues on plans. Provide details showing pool backwash does not drain into the Sanitary Sewer per FBC Plumbing Section 302.1. The discharge must percolate on the lot or have the approval of the Utility Department to discharge into the storm system or sanitary system. | |||
