When proposing common swales along the property lines there shall be a minimum of 0.2' from top of swale to the toe of slope. There is a 23.60' going to a 23.3'. When a common swale cannot be achieved a berm is permitted so the adjacent lot isn't adversely affected. Berms shall have a minimum of 0.3' fall from the top of the berm to the toe of slope. Additionally, all proposed elevations shall be accompanied with an existing elevations to see what is changing. All shot shall be on a 20' grid.
