On the left property line there is an PL of 27.68' and a flow line of 27.65'. Please revise to meet COPC standards. Proposed elevations along the front yard should higher than the flow lines at the front of the house. This will keep most of the water in the proposed drainage swale and not the entire front yard in a heavy storm.
