Prior to issuance of permits, infrastructure to support the life and safety issues must be met. These are not limited to waste water certification, fire protection, stabilized roads. a. A staging plan. The staging plan must show the order these buildings will be CO’d. b. Show Ingress and egress. c. Please provide a note on the plans stating: The required fire hydrants and supply will be installed, tested, and in service for prior to combustible materials being delivered per FFPC 1, section 16.5.3 d. Show stabilized road. Stabilized access roads shall be maintained by the project developer and deficiencies observed by the Palm Coast Fire Department shall be promptly corrected to the satisfaction of the Palm Coat Fire Department. e. Temporary Cul-de-sac for fire trucks (as applicable). If a Cul-da-sac is needed add a note to your temporary cul-de-sac detail that the roadway must be able to support a 75,000-pound vehicle. f. Denote and map area for FDEP partial clearance for water main on-site plan. g. A sign is required to be located on building location stating the following: “NOTICE: DO NOT CONNECT WATER OR SEWER LINES”. This sign should be in English and Spanish. (See Exhibit B). Signs are required to be maintained and always in vertical position. If this site has a SWPPP on file all requirements listed in this plan must be met to include the stabilization of areas not to be built on with seeds. h. Issuance of permits shall also conform to requirements of other City departments and divisions. When submitting for a modification to the DO submit all pictures with the signs posted on each proposed building location, DEP clearance and all test preformed on the waste water system.
