Along the left property line the "PL" and "FL" don't agree with drainage plan. Possiblly remove the PL and keep the FL so a common swale can be achieved when lot 6 is improved. There is also an elevation of 12.30', 15-20' in front of the home, which doesn't meet the building codes stating that in the first 10' of home there shall be a fall of at least 6"(0.5') Please feel free to call or email me if there are any questions.
