Provide correct project address in Title Bar, F.S. 471.025, F.A.C. 61G15-23.001. 2. Provide gate latches and hardware details at public access gates that meet reach ranges based on diirection of approach (both sides of gate) and that require no grasping, pinching or turning of the wrist. Sections 308, 309.4. 404.2.7. 3. If gates are to have spring hinges and / or gate closers, provide details in accordance with Section 404.2.8, 404.2.8.1, 404.2.8.2 and 404.2.9. 4. Show landing dimensions and areas on each side of each gate. Slopes at landings at gates not to exceed 2% in any direction. Landings to be as wide as gates plus clearance beyond latch side and 48 inches in the direction of travel based on forward approach. 5. Show required maneuvering clearances at gates including minimum clear dimension beyond latch side of gates on both sides of gates based on direction of approach and swing of gates. 6. Show minimum clear opening width at each gate of 32 inches. Section 404.2.3. 7. Provide gate detail indicating gate surfaces qwithin 10 inches above the ground to have smooth surfaces on the push side of gate for the full width of gates. Section 404.2.10 8. Add 2023 Florida Building Code-Accessibility as a reference. 9. Provide rise and run of pool stairs. Provide dark colored, slip resistant tile on front of treads and top of risers. . 10. Provide total pool occupant load including pool decks and pool bathing load. Use 1 occupant per 15 square feet of deck area. Include areas under roof that are open to the deck area. Include bathrooms and other occupiable areas of amenity building for a complete occupant load. Note that if total occupant load including bather load exceeds 100 persons, exit gates shall be provided with panic hardware. 11. Show location of where pool deck maximum occupant load is to be posted.
