The patio you are proposing must have a minimum front setback of 25'. When you fill in the area up to the existing walkway that all becomes one patio area. You will need to separate the proposed patio from the existing walkway and set it back so it meets a minimum 25' front setback. THE WALKWAY THAT COMES FROM THE FRONT ENTRY TOWARDS THE GARAGE CANNOT EXCEED 6' WIDE. YOU NEED TO SEPARATE YOUR PATIO FROM THE ENTIRE WALKWAY, SHOW THAT THE WALKWAY IS NO WIDER THAN 6' AND ALSO PROVIDE THE SETBACK TO THE NEW PATIO - WHICH MUST BE 25'. IF IT'S EVEN WITH THE GARAGE, IT WOULD BE THE SAME AS THE FRONT SETBACK SHOWN ON THE SURVEY.
