BUILDER REQUESTED US TO TAKE A LOOK TO SEE HOW THEY WILL BE ABLE TO PUMP OUT THE STANDING WATER IN POOL SO THEY CAN FINISH THE POOL CONSTRUCTION. I ADVISED BUILDER TO PUMP OUT THE POOL AND MAKE SURE THE DISCHARGE HOSE WAS EXITING BEHIND THE ROW TO ALLOW ANY SEDIMENT TO FILTER OUT. BUILDER SHALL INSTALL THE TEMORARY CULVERT TO HELP ALLOW THE DRAINAGE TO FLOW AS REQUIRED. BUILDER SHALL MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO ADVERSE CONDITIONS THAT NEGATIVELY IMPACT THE SUBJECT LOT AS WELL AS THE ADJOINING PROPERTIES.
