Installation instructions call for anchors in top and bottom door tracks. No such anchors have been installed. 4. Anchors used in all windows must be countersunk. 5. Window numbers 2 and 3 appear to be used. Used equipment and devices shall not be reused unless approved by the Building Official FRC [A]104.9.1 6. Window number 8 is difficult to operate. Gets stuck when moving to full open position. 7. Window number 6 is missing aluminum retention clip at top left. 8. Window glazing throughout does not appear to match approved product.
