See the informational - 19 Weymouth attachement. - Along vacant lots, common swales are preferred. Between lot 12 and 11 there shall be a common swale no an interior swale. - There is a highpoint at the front property line on the left side of the homes that prevents water from moving to the swale in parallel to the raod. - As proposed the swale along the left side will not meet edge of pavament requirements. - Front property line shall be even with or higher than the edge of pavement. I've called and emailed and was unable to reach anyone. Please call me so we can work through this. 386-986-4726.
