Scope of work shown on site plan needs to be clearer and mirrored on the engineered drawings - and include ALL dimensions - to INCLUDE the roof. The engineered drawings must show the all existing and proposed structures (again, to mirror the site plan). 2. The maximum length of all components of the dock/lift/slip are 52' for this lot. The maximum roof length is 42'. 3. The new roof must be the same width as the existing roof. It cannot look like two different roofs. Plans must also note the total height of the roof. 4. No License Agreement is required for this. There is already one from when you constructed the boat lift. 5. This permit needs to be changed to a boat house since you are including a roof in the permit. | |||
