Tract L is designated as a conservation tract. A sign cannot be located in this tract. The sign needs to be on a tract designated for signage or within a sign easement. (A sign easement cannot be located on the conservation tract.) Also, the application is for the wrong type of permit. This needs to be changed to a Monument Sign permit (SNMON). (Not Commercial Accessory Structure.) This permit will be cancelled. When reapplying, please provide the dimensions of the sign area (where Sawmill Branch lettering is) as well as the dimensions of the entire sign including the columns and base.
