Note: 01-20-26 INSPECTOR RESULTED WRONG PROJECT STATUS WITH RESULTS OF THE SITE VISIT ON 01-12-26 HERE ARE THE NOTES FROM THE VISIT. I WILL ALSO ATTACH THE PHOTOS 01-12-26 TPOLACEK*** CHECKED SWALE AND CULVERT. BUILDER HAS ALREADY INSTALLED TEMPORARY PIPE AND FILL IN SWALE, DRIVEWAY CULVERT HAS SEDIMENT FROM PUMPING POOL AND DISCHARGE LINE WAS RUN STRAIGHT INTO CULVERT. I EXPLAINED TO WORKER ON SITE THAT THE DISCHARGE LINE MUST BE RUN AT LEAST 20' FROMT ROAD TO ALLOW SEDIMENT TO FILTER INTO GRASS NOT CULVERT. BUILDER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE ALL SEDIMENT IS REMOVED FROM CULVERT AT THE TIME OF THE ROW FINAL.
