Pool must be fully enclosed by fence (height/material/color as allowed by City Land Development Code) or screen enclosure. A baby fence does not meet the Land Development Code requirements. Please demonstrate the proposed fence meets Land Development Code requirements as per Chapter 4 of the Land Development Code.
