Once the slab is poured there is no way to come down to the elevations proposed in back and still meet Florida Building Code R403.14. Based on the structural drawings and the grading plan provided, the footer will be exposed and the finished grade will fall below the footer, which is not permissible. To move forward, one of the following options must be submitted: 1. A revised grading plan the agrees with the foundation plan and details sheet. 2.
