The Monument Sign: West side of entrance. - Need to provide complete elevation of the monument sign and include the dimensions, height and width of the aggregate sign (all features) AND the sign face area. - Provide an elevation of the wall in front of the sign with the dimensions, finish and height of the columns. 2. East monument - This appears to be an 8 foot wall with columns. - Need to provide elevation of the wall and columns with height and widths of the wall and columns including finish materials and colors. 3. West monument - Need to provide elevation of the wall and columns with height and widths of the wall and columns including finish materials and colors. This may not be permitted as the emergency access is not an entrance. However, this will be discussed with the Land Use Administrator once elevations are provided. For each permit need to provide a site plan with the setback Clearly shown from the closest point of the sign, wall and/ or column to the property line(s).
