Sign plans which clearly show the dimensions of the sign area and the dimensions of the aggregate sign area so we may determine if the signs meet the LDC regulations. 2. The plans appear to include items such as “gate entry sign”, “entry gates” , etc. Those are separate permits. Please do not include these items with the monument sign permit. 3. Maximum sign height is 7 feet 4. Maximum sign area is 32 S.F. 5. The proposed signs appear to be too large. Does not appear that anything new was uploaded. Looks like same set of plans Please submit a site plan separate showing which sign this is with setbacks Also only include plans for this sign with information above | |||
