You can only have a cantilever walkway which projects into the waterbody 13', you cannot have a "step" or a dock area that is not a cantilever that projects past 12'. 2. The plans must show the overall length of the dock using the dimension which is in the waterbody, not on the rear property line. Due to the configuration of this property, you are missing the overall length on the Cherrytree Cove waterbody. There is an actual section of the dock that the plans do not even include. If you look at your overall dimension on the Coventry Cove side, the overall length is more on the outside than it is in on the rear property line. There may be additional review comments once we receive all of the required information. 3. The site plan must show all revised dimensions and setbacks once the above items are corrected. 4. Please submit an electronic copy of a fully completed, signed, witnessed and notarized License Agreement for staff review. | |||

Please show the projection of the dock to its furthest point into the waterbody on the plans. The left side shows the 12' not to the outside edge. The maximum projection is 12'. 3. The plans are missing the overall length of the portion of the dock on the Cherrytree Cove waterbody side. There may be additional review comments once we receive all of the required information. 4.
